New Classics: The Pieces I'm Loving This Season

I always feel super comfortable in all black, and while it may not always be the most exciting choice, there is nothing like feeling at ease with what you're wearing. This means trying on copious amounts of heels until you find a pair with visual impact that you can comfortably walk in, and looking out for updates on those wardrobe essentials to keep things feeling fresh. In this case, it's new resort pieces from Tibi, where the tiny details make your most-loved staples feel new and different, without pushing you out of your comfort zone.

Two of the key pieces I see myself in again this season are a great trouser, and shirting with a modern take. I love my button-ups with open backs or cutouts, but this time I wanted off the shoulder with a twist. In particular, I like how this style still has straps (for practicality), and the flash of button detail behind - it also has a slightly flared sleeve which is a big tick in my book. As for the trousers, this wide leg style are silky and slinky, while still feeling office appropriate.
