How To Stick To Your Fitness Goals In Style


I'm feeling pretty lucky to have spent so much time travelling so far this year. I still have a few flights to come in the next month, and while I love it, it definitely makes committing to a fitness routine a little challenging. One thing I found on my recent trip to NYC is that there are a few ways to get creative and stay on top without compromising on style. These are my tips for staying motivated and achieving my fitness plan while still feeling (and looking) together.

1. Invest In An Activity Tracker

2. Think Elevated Gym Gear
I find if I feel dressed and ready to go, it helps me stick to a schedule and keep on track. The one time I do decide to sneak out of my house in an old tracksuit is when I run into someone I know in the cereal aisle, just saying! 3. Mix Up Your Routine
Don't be afraid to try something different. I personally love a mixture of Yoga, Pilate and Barre and I love to mix up my style for each. At yoga I feel at ease in a print (event a little bit of colour!), barre is a fun reason to invest in a leotard and wrap top (how gorgeous is this one) and at pilates I keep things simple, chic and monochrome.
